4 miles, between two runs today.
Couldn’t do the full run this morning because my legs were too tired. So I did a second one.
3.5 miles in 39:09 (+0.1 speed, +0.2 distance), +5 minutes cool down
That’s an 11-minute mile, folks.
Also, no complaints from either lung today. I think the running may actually be HELPING. Poor man’s respiratory therapy lol.

I’ve definitely got a handle on this running thing. My calves no longer ache afterwards and are barely ever stiff anymore.
Apparently I’m a runner.
Also, this is my fourth run this week (four day in a row, I should even say).
I continue to surprise myself with how strong I am.
I want to eat lots of things, like peanut butter and pretzels, but I’m not really hungry so I guess I won’t.
Maybe I’ll go for a run and see how I feel then.
