Ri30 2/4. No running again today. I did try, but as I was doing the warm up it was just like my brain said no and kicked me off the treadmill. I guess I just don’t feel like it. Maybe I can only run 3-4 days per week. I need to give myself enough time to want it.

Doing some jump rope instead. Cardio, you feel me?

Insanity Day 10. Kicked it’s ass.

Didn’t want to drag my ass across the treadmill for 70 minutes today, so I’m jumping rope. I did 10 minutes so far, but with a lot of trip-ups. I’m sweating so hardcore. I like it.

Just keep swimming :)
