Making cinnamon-whisky and mint truffles. I think they’re going to turn out perfect :D
My creme brulee, on the other hand, which is in the oven as I type this, is a little iffy. I reduced the almond milk for the second batch because the first one was quite watery and it sort of… separated strangely. Whisk it back together and it’s fine, but it separates after a while. I’m hoping the cooking process will set it. That’s it, though, I’m not making another batch. It’s done. However it turns out, that’s what’s for dessert on Friday.
