Breakfast. Oatmeal made with almond milk, dried goji berries, and chia. Topped with dry roasted almonds and ground flax seed.
Dinner. Quinoa made with almond milk and PB2, topped with blueberries. Also had spinach sauteed with mushrooms and onions and a few blackberries.

Breakfast. Oatmeal made with almond milk and dried tart morello cherries (no additives). Topped with more cherries, organic dark chocolate covered cacao nibs, and dry roasted almonds.
Things are about to get weird. Dinner. Steel cut oats made with almond milk and diced tempeh maple bacon. Topped with almond butter and blueberries.
Banana and cinnamon in almond milk. Yum.
Sweet potato, banana, and cinnamon steel cut oats with chia, topped with almond butter. Made with almond milk and a little bit of water. Might add more liquid next time… Still working it out :)
Dinner. All bran with lemon zest, blueberries, and strawberries.

Making cinnamon-whisky and mint truffles. I think they’re going to turn out perfect :D

My creme brulee, on the other hand, which is in the oven as I type this, is a little iffy. I reduced the almond milk for the second batch because the first one was quite watery and it sort of… separated strangely. Whisk it back together and it’s fine, but it separates after a while. I’m hoping the cooking process will set it. That’s it, though, I’m not making another batch. It’s done. However it turns out, that’s what’s for dessert on Friday.

And a breakfast tea honey vanilla latte. I think I finally figured out how to make them right :-D

Edit: yep, tasted perfect. 2 tea bags in 1/3 cup water, one cup almond milk, splash of vanilla, and 1.5-2 Tbsp honey.
