Why are you "seriously considering" a tummy tuck rather than liposuction? Liposuction can be performed without the use of general anesthesia (making it cheaper and SAFER) and without the large scar that will likely last years, if not a lifetime. You don't seem to know much about cosmetic surgery so I would suggest that you actually research the subject more if you are really "serious".
