My whole body hurts. I may have pushed myself too hard yesterday. Nevertheless. My sister and I went out for lunch at the culinary school today. Arugula, gorgonzola, pecan, and beet salad. Gnocchi with mushrooms, bacon, and micro greens. Chili chocolate cheesecake with creme anglais and banana gelato. I was high off of food. We split the main and desert, and between the two of us we only ate half the desert. But wow. Amazing food. Anyway, my abs hurt so much I couldn’t tell whether my stomach hurt from eating so much. Working out as it’s finer points ha ha. I only ate a little bit of dinner, most of which was barbecued carrots. Because I’m a veggie at heart. The rest was just a little bit of barbecued pork loin. Lean, but with a lot of flavor.

Finished level 1, day 2 of JM’s 30 Day Shred. Very little complaints here. I feel good.

Wrote a final this morning, which I think went really well. Went to work. No good news and no bad news on whether I’m going to continue to work there for the Summer, but I’m guess they’re going to hire me back part time. It’ll do, I can find a second job to work part time at, and have a more relaxed summer with a few days off. More time to devote to getting fit :)

Tomorrow my plan is to do an hour on the treadmill, take a shower, and head to work. After that I’m meeting up with the bestie to go see The Dudes play at Starlight. Probably won’t get to do 30DS tomorrow, but not everything can go perfectly. I have Friday off, so we’ll see how that goes. Maybe I’ll do a late workout.
