Ri30 2/8. Starting level 3 tomorrow morning. Hurray for a change. Please note my lack of enthusiasm. I’m dead tired right now. And I remember level three being all duck walks and shit. But I also remember that it eases off on the shoulders, which is good, because my shoulders are quite possibly the weakest part of my body.
Ran for an hour on the treadmill. Oh man. I’m gonna just tip over and die.
I hate that my Nike sports bra that I bought last year is too big and I have to send it off to the goodwill, but my ugly orange Champion sports bra that I’ve had for years and years still fits. Fuck you, Nike.

Sean walled his racecar and the fuel pump fuse keeps blowing. Because his heat shield failed. Sigh. We replaced the fuel pump before we figured this out,of course. Two days at the race track and I won’t be going home til late tonight.
